Rote Games - Terms and conditions

By installing or using “Rote Games”, it is considered that the user agrees to the terms and conditions of this document. The use of the “Rote Games” application is at the discretion and risk of the user.

The intellectual property rights over the software, or “copyright”, belong exclusively to its author.

The user acquires only the right to use it on their computer device, with the limitations detailed below:

In no case does the purchase of a subscription imply the transfer of ownership rights over the software, so the user may not proceed to its redistribution, sale, or modification of the internal code of the program through reverse engineering or by any other procedure, without express written authorization from the author.

“Rote Games” cannot ensure that the performance of the offered software is what, in the user’s opinion, should be met.

By downloading 'Rote Games', your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk. 'Rote Games' makes no claims or promises with respect to the quality, the accuracy or reliability of the app, its safety or security, or its content.

A. Subscriptions

“Rote Games” has three subscription plans available:

1. Monthly Plan.
2. Semi-Annual Plan.
3. Annual Plan.

All three plans grant the same level of access to users, they only differ in the subscription term. The subscription will automatically renew and the user will be charged the subscription amount at the end of each period, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To manage the subscription, the user must access their Apple ID profile in the device settings and look for the Subscriptions section.

The user can cancel the subscription at any time.

Rote Games: Privacy Policy

'Rote Games' application collects anonymised analytics data which will be used to better understand the success of a feature versus another and inform future development.

The application uses advertising provided by Google's AdMob advertising service, which collects data through their own embedded technology in compliance with their privacy policy. View AdMob's privacy policy

What kind of data are stored?

When you download 'Rote Games', you do not need to provide any kind of personal data.

The following data can be stored in the cases mentioned below:

A. Analytics data:

Once you download the app, analytics data can be collected and stored in an anonymised fashion.

B. Usage data:

Information based on your usage of the app may also be collected. This is always done with the sole purpose of improving the experience for 'Rote Games' users—e.g., frequency and duration of usage, significant events and encountered errors if application has crashed, etcetera. Some of this data is processed by Firebase Analytics (which tracks user engagement and major events happening inside the app to provide insights to developers) and Crashlytics (which provide crash reporting insights allowing developers to fix issues faced by users while they utilize the app).

C. Ad serving technology

Anonymous statistical information is reported to Google's AdMob service so they can see whether their adverts are effective.

D. Purchase data:

To manage user subscriptions, “Rote Games” uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat collects information about users’ purchase history within the app. The collected information is anonymous and not related to the user’s identity.

Changes & updates

If 'Rote Games' makes changes to Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, these changes will be posted on the page in a timely manner.
